I think out of all, eBay Canada is having the greatest customer service. I had pleasing experience even during the terrible Covid environment everywhere.
Wanna share your experience though ?

I have to generally give them props. The call back system works very well, and they call within the stated timelines. I had an ugly return error where the automated system refunded when the buyer would not return, and the reps reversed that right away.
The reps are best to deal with a specific situation. Where they are not good is general site and system glitches and problems. There is still the glitch of .com listings showing standard delivery times (5 to 10 days) when economy is chosen and it should be 11 to 23 days. I spent an hour with 2 reps and they had a hard time wrapping their heads around the problem, and no idea of what to do. A ticket was supposed to be opened and I was to be contacted but there has been no follow-up after 2 weeks.
They have always been polite and it is not an easy job when people are only calling because of real or percieved issues.

I have the pleasure (aka expense) of the special CSR group as I have an anchor store.
Based on my volumes I could downgrade to a lower level store, but I've made the decision to spend the extra to retain access to these folks for another year given at some point I will be "MP'd". (My store renews in a couple days).
The Anchor CSRs are awesome, the wait time is normally instant or less than a minute, they so far have been quite knowledgeable and helpful in resolving the issues.
I'm going to be spending a fair bit of $$ to retain access to them......
PS I'm "somewhat" old and I like to talk to people in person.
