eBay Labels has become a nightmare

This evening had a sale to Norway. Very small item. Shipping services I offered Intl Small Packet Air and Intl Tracked. Attempt to create a label. Small Packet Air displays. Xpresspost displays. Intl Surface options displays. Tracked does not. Fedex 1 of 2 options show. Was considering upgrading on shipping to tracked. Unfortunately unable to.

According to CP Intl Tracked is an accepted service for Norway. Not super helpful when eBay Labels is hiding services at time of generating. Because we only see a copy of the actual invoice when we send a revised, what buyers see when eBay sends an invoice we don't know if all options shown are actually displaying at buyers end correctly.

Notes:

1. Tested with modified measurements. Results did not change.

2. When label printed country of origin still updates to Can/AB vs the correctly entered China.

3. When you update tracking to UR # eBay displays it as 2 shipments even when you remove the eBay created number. UR tracking DOES work for the Scandanavian countries using their postal services from personal testing. eBay's shipment number does not. 

4. Personal important notes do not display on label like they would with CP or Shippo.
