Hello,
Here is another bug that I would like to report. tyler@ebay can you please look into this?
A Buyer cancelled an order 10 minutes after paying via PayPal. I got the screen as seen below.
First problem: you should not be showing me USD. Yes, the buyer may have been in the US, but this is just confusing. And yes, I know I already lost 30 cents for no reason thanks to the PP policy change last year.
Second and bigger problem: my item never relisted.

As I understand it:
The amount shown in US$ is what the American buyer paid (before exchange conversion).
In the past, a cancelled item has to be relisted by you.
Unless this is a new ebay policy to automatically relist cancelled items.

The automatic relist is a new feature. It has been working on a hit and miss basis. For recent cancelled orders I've just checked once I receive notice that the order has truly been processed to confirm if the relist has gone through. If it doesn't I just do manually. With 10,000 "free" listings floating around 1 listing becomes not a big deal.

PS. If the item happens to be a multiple units listing, it does not seem to work. Again, just update manually.

Just as an FYI....PayPal has not refunded the .30 transaction fee for quite a few years. But now they no longer refund any of the fees paid to them so the 3.7% (US buyer) fee would also have been kept by PP.
