eBay promotion automated for seller without their permission

Hello, I noticed that eBay promoted our products for coupon without asking seller's permission. We lost money after the promotion coupon. How can I contact ebay to remove our prodcut lists from the promotion coupon?

Did you look at your payout for the transaction? Was the coupon removed from your payout  total?
