ebay Sales report VS ebay invoice

Hi there, I have a question regarding the accuracy of the sales report download VS the eBay invoice.

I have downloaded CSV list of total sales of a given perioded and the total sales have added up to 11,451.39$

For the exact same period I have added up the total monthly sales that are provided with the eBay invoice and it has given me 10,660.44$

I thought at first the refund where at fault for this difference but after looking at the CSV file I noticed transactions that had been refunded had 0$ in the total price column.

Seem weird there is a 791$ price difference? I am using this information for tax-related information so the more accurate the better. Any advice on wish is most accurate.

Call customer service .first tho check all your transaction and ask them to review your invoice .We had the same gap.Took us hours to fix it .Will be not easy so before you call check your papers and put notes .
