"The free listings promotions that we announced in Spring 2020 were enthusiastically received by eBay sellers and proved to be a powerful and effective selling tool in the challenging COVID-19 environment. We want to help you keep the positive momentum going. Starting on August 1st, sellers who do not have eBay store subscriptions will automatically get a permanent increase in monthly zero insertion fee listings from 50 to 200 and Basic store subscribers will get an increase from 250 to 350 for fixed price listings.
Additionally, in the U.S. starting on August 1st, eBay.com is providing a significant increase in zero insertion fees for fixed price listings in select categories for sellers with store subscriptions who have registered for managed payments. eBay Canada will be launching a very similar promo on August 8th, but for various reasons, we will not be requiring Managed Payments registration. Check your email and Message Centre closer to August 8th for more info on this promotion."
