Did you file an "Item Not As Described" claim on the item?

Did you get a full refund?

Did you leave the appropriate feedback for the Seller stating the facts about the item(s) purchased their condition, your interaction with said Seller, and the outcome of your purchase?

Report an issue with a seller

To make sure eBay is a safe place to buy and sell, we have policies that members have to follow. If you're having a problem with a seller because they're not following our policies, let us know and we'll look into it.

If the issue you're having with the seller is to do with an item that hasn't arrived, or that's faulty, damaged, or doesn't match the listing description, here’s where you should start:

You should only report a seller if you think they're violating our policies, for example:

  • They offer to sell you a listed item outside of eBay
  • They don't intend to complete the sale
  • They sent threatening messages or used abusive or vulgar language
  • They published another member's contact information
  • The seller has provided you with false contact information
  • You suspect the seller is under the age of 18

This isn't an exhaustive list – you'll find all of our policies here

EBay does not normally monitor these Boards.

The "naming and shaming" I presume was in your original post was removed by Khoros who are sub-contracted to keep the Boards polite.

You are protected against fakery by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

You have 30 days from delivery to use this link Return an item for a refund

Follow the steps precisely.

The seller will be required to send you Return Shipping, so you will have no expenses.

If more than 30 days has passed, you have 180 days from Payment to open a similar Claim with Paypal if you used them to anonymize your financial information.
If you used your credit card directly, you can open a Chargeback, although deadlines vary from card to card.

You can also use this link to Report the Seller

But get your Refund first.
