why do some positive feedbacks go on the negative category?

I was reading some feedbacks mostly out of curiocity. And saw some pretty nice words in the negative, Some horrible ones in the neutral. The only thing I haven't seen yet at least. Is negative feedbacks on the positive. What is up with that feedback system?

What is up with the Feedback system? Some users don't know how to use it. Yet others don't know how to have the incongruent feedback removed.

I'm pretty sure people accidentally click on the wrong tab when that has happened, not realizing and then don't bother trying to or figuring out how to fix.

I'm also getting lots of one letter feedbacks like:

E

M

G

Because folks are using the chrome (or whatever) fill-in feature but they aren't finishing the process and are leaving the one letter feedback as a result. 

Some are doing this almost all the time now.... if one looks farther enough back in their feedback one will see they left "Excellent stamps, great seller" and then "E" since then......

what do these letters mean? I haven't seen that so far but it's interesting. Ok Perhaps E is for excellent. and G for Good. But what is the M for?

Just for fun I went and looked up the E and M person (I got two different letters from one buyer).

I had to go through over 750 feedbacks to finally get to the original.... I can't put it here because we can't quote any buyer stuff, but something like many thanks would be a similar idea.

(PS Of course since it is my stuff, G must really have been Great )
