why does Ebay allow such a larger % of sellers to sell fraudulent or counterfeit products!

I buy and sell on 2 sites. Selling counterfeit products will get you shut down on Amazon, or other portals.

My expereince buying and selling on Ebay has been very poor.

All the Nintendo games I have boght have been fakes. All the pokemon and mario brothers games, for both Ds and GBA.

The sellers I bought from had huge feedback ratings.

All I see is you've given postive feedback all your sellers, save one negative which doesn't mention fake games.

So.....

I've been here for years now, not the oldest salt but getting up there and I've seen plenty.

In the case of counterfeit, in my category at least, what I see most is buyers "turning a blind eye" or being "nieve" of buying fakes.

My best selling product "Disney" has gone downhill in value these past few years because of fakes.

Buyers arn't reporting enough. What I see is them counting their saved pennies on a great "fake" deal.....JMHO

Always report the fakes. Enough reports and they will have to do something about it!!!!!!
