why does ebay give defects when buyers dont

i get great fb from customers but defects from ebay weird stuff here and does not make sense to me

Call call call ebay Customer Service and make them explain what the defect is for. Maybe it's a mistake. Or maybe you can learn from your mistake. Either way, you need to know.
