starting a wholesale tea business on ebay?

I want to start a small side selling buisness here on ebay selling tea as wholesale but i have no idea about how licensing works here in canada and how this works with cra.

I have visions of this being small and not a primary source of income just a side money maker.

What steps should i take on this?

Since you are dealing with a food product you should do some research to see if you need any type of licensing.  

You do have to claim your sales less expenses on your income tax whether your business is small or large.
