If you purchased from a China seller, don't ever accept a replacement. Always get a refund and if you chose to you can repurchase for a replacement. This will open a new purchase and give you more time if you don't receive it.
You can also go to PayPal and open a claim within 180 days of purchase.

The Paypal Resolution Centre is at the top of most PP pages hidden under Tools.
The buyer has 180 days from Payment to open a PP dispute.
All an unhappy buyer wants from the seller are: the date of shipping, the shipping service, and the tracking number.
As others have said NEVER accept a replacement, it probably will not arrive if the first one didn't, or be a poor quality as the original if it does.
You want money, honey.
Feedback is irrelevant. It has no effect on a member's account. Disputes through eBay and Paypal do.
You are also covered by the chargeback policy of the credit card you back your PP account with.
