I sold item buyer won't pay. she says she will give me neg. if i give her neg. what the heck can iDo

Hi well I've just met the worst buyer in my life. Nasty nasty woman. Won't pay for her item and says if I leave her negative feedback she will leave me neg. feedback. I lose because I had to pay ebay fees on this item also. What can I do? thx for your time.

Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for non-paying buyers.

What to do?

File a non-payment report with the Resolution Centre:  http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/resolving-problems.html

Your eBay fees will be refunded to you once you close the case.

Also report her to eBay for threats and that way it will be on her file for future uses by eBay, should it is a pattern by her with other sellers in the past or future.

I usually call eBay right away after each threats to protect myself, should they will leave me negative feedback.  You should do that.
