There is no way to leave any type of feedback after 60 days.

If either of you left any feedback, either of you can Respond to that feedback indefinitely.

Responses do not count towards FB percentages, but they stand out on the page and are likely to be read by future customers.

That's what I discovered. If the seller didn't leave feedback, I wasn't able to.  Thanks for responding
