Information given to narrow search never works.

ebay  You have a Terrible HELP/CONTACT & CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It is so limited and only about the seller and buyer problems. Why doesn't say if your problem doesn't pertain to buying or selling go to such and such a spot.

The problem I have with your site is the following.

I'm looking for shoulder bags and I entered the information to narrow down the search. It didn't work at all.  This happens every time I try and I have tried on several different occasions.  I have tried using these filters on different products, time of the day and on other people's computers. What a waste of time.

Also when you give a list of brands to choose to shop from why don't you offer a box to tick    X  All Brands.  Instead I have to manually tick them all off Another Waste of Time.

I'm sure I'm not the only person who has had this problem.  I highly doubt that this message will make it to the Discussion Board let alone be fixed but at least I tried to tell you.

I replied to your other post about this.

In that question, you did not specify you were looking for purses so I was not able to run a test of what you're saying.

If Search is broken, give it 24 hours to self-correct and then try again.

If it stays broken, try using more specific terms in your search phrases. What are you using now?

The discussion board is for ebay members to read so it's unlikely that anyone at ebay will see your post.

I agree that the search function can be frustrating. However, I tried a couple of searches in the purse category and didn't have a problem narrowing down a color and brand so I'm not sure why you are having that problem. It might help if we had more information.

Unless you check off specific brands, you should see all brands in search so why would you want to check off All Brands when you already see all of them?  Perhaps I'm misunderstanding what you mean.
