why am i unable to leave feedback for an item after 30 days (late because of the mail)

the item was from SRI LANKA to CANADA  and of course it takes more than 30 days,  now i cannot  give the good feedback they deserve

You are able to leave feedback for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Has it been over 2 months? If so, you are unable to leave feedback, BUT you can reply to any feedback that the seller may have left you (and that has no time limit).
