Charging Provincial Sales Tax

New to Ebay.  I am locate in Alberta when someone buy 

from say Toronto. Would Ebay automatically charge them

the Toronto Tax Rate? Because I set my at 5% on my page.

Little bit confusing.

Are you registered to collect GST/HST ?

GST/HST tax rates:

Unless you are registered to collect and remit taxes DO NOT attempt to charge taxes.

The Revenue get touchy about that.

If you are already registered, talk to your bookkeeper or accountant about your responsibilities.
