Ebay Not Standing Behind It's Sellers

I've only been selling here for 8 months, but I'm disgusted with a site which makes me follow 100s of rules to the letter, but does not respect my store policies, stand behind them, or even its own! They do absolutely nothing but waste the seller's time with this phoney resolution center. The only apparent resolution is that the seller loses time, money, & interest in their own store. Way to go, Ebay, your words mean nothing. I am looking into my own website or such. This just isn't worth it!

I notice that one rule you don't follow is charging the correct sales tax.

New Brunswick has a 15% HST rate not 16%

I assume you are registered with Revenue Canada to charge HST.

Any particular reason you are not collecting GST/HST for the other provinces/territories?

The stuff you have for sale could be set up as your own site since you are selling to a very special type of buyer.

Vaguebooking doesn't help with problems.

One bit of advice:  No returns does not mean No Refunds.
