Temporary block on certain countries

Some major carriers have suspended their services or are experiencing major service disruptions to a number of international destinations. This is either due to a carrier’s reliance on passenger aircrafts that are canceled, the post office in the receiving countries blocking new shipments, or major delays experienced as a result of social and physical distancing measures put in place.

On April 9th, eBay temporarily blocked transactions from buyers in 25 international countries. This change is made to protect sellers against claims by buyers who may be receiving their items later than estimated or not at all due to the delivery disruptions. It’s also made to help protect buyers in the impacted countries from a bad experience where they are unable to receive the items they purchase.
