That bidder may be perfectly okay, or maybe not. As a seller you can removed bids from
your items if you don't feel right about it. You can also block bidders, - certainly those non-payers
who have Unpaid Item Strikes already, but up to 5,000 individuals as well. Obvously if you remove
a bidder you will want to promptly add him to your 'blocked' list afterward.

Whoever you sell that to, you might want to send it using a Delivery Confirmed service. That will
protect you against any false 'not received' claims. You are a new seller with a low feedback,
and there are people who will take advantage of that.
And if you ever decide that non-payers on auctions are really getting you down, you can set up your
listings at fixed price (Buy-it-now) with Immediate payment required. That is currently the only way
you can expect to get paid right away:
