$37.84 was taken from my Paypal account for a shipping label (with an address in New York).  ebay authorised the transaction.

Shortly after that we got an email from the buyer telling us to send the item to NIGERIA.. We got suspicious (of a spam) and did'nt send the item after that.

ebay has been contacted but we are now stuck with a shipping label we won't use and Canada Post won't do anything about a refund unless ebay contacts them.

If you printed the label through Paypal, talk to Paypal.

And I do mean talk.

Not email.

Hi, I did talk to Paypal and guy there told me to contact Canada Post. I contacted Canada Post and I was told that since ebay authorised the transaction it had to come from them (ebay).

Log into paypal and look at the details for that shipping label you bought. Click void label. Its that simple and you get your money back in paypal within a few weeks.
