A minimum amount of DSRs for discount?

Hi! According to my dashboard I should qualify for the 15% discount but it tells me I haven't met the minimum requirements for even the 5% discount. My DSR is all above 4.8.

My sold items were down in March because I was on vacation for two weeks so I assume I don't enough DSR for that 30 day period, but what is enough DSR to qualify?

Anyone know?

Does it say "your discount has not been calculated"?

If so it's because you're on a 15th of the month billing cycle and your discount will not be calculated until April 13/14. The discount when calculated should cover all items listed and sold after Feb. 19th.


If it not showing any dsr rating in the dashboard it because you don't have enough ratings yet. You need 10 ratings in the last 30 days to show the actual numbers, you should have that many or be very close as you have 28 regular feedbacks in the past 30 days with about 40% percent overall also leaving dsr's.

I just copy and pasted from the actual page.

"We calculated your discount on 04/01/08.

You did not meet these requirements:
Your detailed seller ratings did not meet the minimum requirements."

It is showing the DSRs and its 4.8, 4.8, 4.9, 4.8


I guess I just missed it. I think this new system may take a while to get used to.:8}

If I were you I'd send an inquiry to PS Support in Canada to be sure. It doesn't make sense that you don't qualify given the numbers you are reporting.
