Adding Ebay/Paypal fees onto the shipping costs?

Just want to throw this out there for some feedback. Do sellers add the fees Ebay and Paypal charge on the shipping costs to the actual shipping costs?

Technically, we are supposed to include all our fees in our asking price rather than the shipping price.

We are allowed to add a Handling Charge to our shipping fee. This fee can be different for different destinations.

The FVF on shipping is about 9% of the shipping fee. So if you are charging $10 for shipping, that’s about 90 cents.

Thanks for the response. I don't add the fees to the shipping costs as these are calculated based on wieght and measurements.. I add a handling charge. I am only trying to ensure that if an item sells at the minimum value I don't lose money. One of my first sells with Ebay was a priority shipment to Europe for an item that netted $3.00. I didn't realise I paid fees on the shipping and ended up losing money.
