After paying for an item ,i cańt see all the items on our ebay purchase list

After paying for an item normally we can see all the items on our ebay purchase list .but i don't understand why but it seems like some sellers deleted purchased item picture.tell me now ,how can i know about my purchased item (for which i have already paid,and which i still didn't receive) how can i claim or open a request for that item. because i don't have that item on my purchase list.if we go to paypal purchase summary we can't see the picture of that item we bought.why is this happening.this is not fair(some of my friends also are facing the same problem.they pay and then their bought item disappears from purchase history )how can we open a case for bought item which is not yet arrived? This is not fair.if this continues happening ,in future you will lose trust of all buyers.i am not happy now.

If it has been over 60 days since you paid, any item will disappear from your Purchases list.

But now you are asking the wrong question.

If more than 45 days have passed since purchase, you have passed the deadline for Disputing the transaction (as Item Not Received) and getting a refund on your payment from eBay/Paypal.

You can see the item in your Paypal account by clicking on the title. This will take you to the original listing on eBay, with pictures, if less than 90 days have passed.

If the Dispute deadline has passed, go to the credit card you really paid with, phone the 1-800 number on the back and ask about a chargeback. The clerk will need transaction numbers, dates, payments, currency and tracking numbers to process your refund so have that information handy.

You may also be able to find a link to the listing on your Feedback page, where eBay is asking you to leave FB. But again that only stays up for 60 days.
