This has been happening to me for at least 3 days now, seems to be worse today, is happening on both machines (although both machines are IE8 still). Seems to only be happening in the morning, I don't recall it happening in the afternoon/evening. It only seems to be eBay that is havingn probs on my machine, my ebay is what I think is causing the problem.....I'm assuming it is an ebay problem but thought maybe it would be beneficial to check here....
