Just when I thought Pitney-Bowes/Paypal/eBay had got their act together and fixed the recent disasters, I printed a Small Packet label today and it came out in 1/4 page size - the actual label only occupies the top left portion of an 8x11" piece of printer paper.
Is this a glitch or wrinkle, or a new, legitimate format for Small Packet labels? I also printed a Light Packet label today, and it was completely normal -- top half of a standard page.
I've put this bizarre-looking label on my parcel, hoping it won't cause trouble, but does anyone out there know the status? (Maybe this is another "tiny print" problem on eBay - see my other string on that issue). Help!
