Ebay is asking us to do they won't...serve our customers at a 95% satisfaction rate.
Poll after poll, servey after survey shows that customer satisfaction is hard to hold at 80%...85% is resesrved for Nordstrums. Nothing is rated higher on an ongoing basis. Of course we don't sell at there margins. But nobody comes to Ebay paying Nordsrums prices.
When DSR started I could gauge buyer response in each Feedback. I shipped with free shipping and dropped from 5 to 4.9 on shipping charges even though it was free...would that be a flame now?
We have a couple of Ebay names we are selling under...all at 100% over more then 5 years...Total of more then a thousand transactions with Ebay sales of more then 500K...I can tell you what most of you already know, that it is hard to satisfy everybody all the time. But many of us do, and bend over to do it...Now, don't bend over? Just comply to Paypal?

POWER SELLER is the easiest. Of course as you know, the only Ebay sellers that are audited by REVENUE CANADA are POWER SELLERS.
What do we get for that? A couple of 0.05 listing days and Ebay/Paypal fees that we are always on the short end of.
C} is easy also. Unless you think the people that were in charge of the sub-prime mortgage mess had a good idea...for everybody but themselves. They have for the most part a monopoly.
A} The new 100% is as George Orwell said "DOUBLE SPEAK"...the abillity to argue two contradictory opinions at the same time.
