can I change my feedback comment for a seller? They made good on an order that was shipped wrong and I would like to change negative feedback to positive.
Thanks

i dont think u can change it, what u can do is follow up on the feedback u left afterwards.

Yes you can change it but the seller has to ask you to revise it.
Read this link.

I suggest you find another line of work that does not make you measerable. I have dealt with a seller from China who sent me a damaged item (not his fault)and it wasn't economically feasible to send it back as he instructed me to do so,I refused ,he was disrespectful.
,I left a factual feedback for him,he then sent me a new item,I felt I owed it to him to remove my neg.FB.requested him to send me the proper link so I could revise it,I had to ask him 3 times,he must have felt guilty after calling me names but finally agreed ,I revised my FB.
There's nothing wrong for buyers and sellers to make things right, those who don't care and leave things as is should be blocked.
Just my opinion.

I should have stated, how does one change their given feed back for a seller AFTER ebay's given, and rather short, time limit on a request?
People are busy and to fit into an arbitrary time limit to change your own comments seems a little narrow on ebays part. A replacement shipment and exchnages between seller and buyer can take a while to get things right, It probably would cost a 1//2 cent in computer time for them. I find it typical of giant uncaring companies that are only there to make profit. But, we know this before going in.
In my case I was away, the seller made it right and I simply wanted to be able to state that. Seemed simple enough. ??

"I would like to change negative feedback to positive."
???
Since you joined eBay six years ago, we can only see one feedback you left for a seller and it is positive.
What is the question?

Somehow I get the impression you are blaming eBay for your mistake. You posted a feedback comment before giving the seller an opportunity to correct the problem - which was eventually corrected.
"would cost a 1//2 cent in computer time for them."
??? That comment does not make any sense. There is no cost to anyone, including eBay. Policies are in place to revise or add to feedback. The fact "people are busy" should not be eBay's problem.

Good Gawd Pierre, what is going on with some buyers ? Why are they so quick to deflect the blame on others, eBay, Sellers, when they are to blame ?
Bottom Line, Contact the seller should you have any concerns regarding the sale. They deserve that.
