Hi all, I sold someone a packet of 100 uncancelled stamps. They got lost in the mail. I offered to send the buyer 40 more (that's all I have left) and refund him the difference, to which he has agreed.
How do I request a final value fee credit for the refunded amount? From what I've read I can only request the credit if the transaction is cancelled.
