I don't see that option, and I'm new selling on eBay. I don't want trouble with a return/refund which I guess would happen with this buyer  if I don't accept to cancel. so I will.

Tell buyer you are willing to cancel but need to recover fees to ebay so be sure and accept when asked by ebay. Buyer is asking so shouldn't be a problem.
