I would hope nobody would use your photos. Photos are supposed to be of the product in your possession. On my listings (for clothes I bought online) I take two pictures of the items I have and I use one or two stock photos as well. I think people like to see pictures of the actual item. When I see a stock photo I don't even click any further. I would not buy the item if it did not have real pictures of the item being sold.

Each seller must prepare their own listing with their own contents.
The listing is an expression of the seller's "character". Each seller is different... and a potential buyer must read to find out "who the seller is"
Thou shalt not copy anything from another seller's listing, whether Terms of Sale, Description , Photos or anything else.
Copying another seller's information can put one into trouble on eBay.
There are rules....

Thank you for your opinions. I have never sold anything on Ebay and am in the process of actually finding out just what is involved As
Printed descriptions and specifications ( which have been copied from the manufacturers site ) it seemed like a lot of duplication to
copy the original information instead of just copying the applicable Info. from Ebay .
Thanks Again

It is technically possible, but not something you ever should do, on eBay or elsewhere. Strictly speaking, the content (including photos) of a seller's listing is copyright, and by copying it, you are, strictly speaking, violating the owner's copyright. You may not get caught by eBay, but you might get reported, in which case the full wrath of eBay will come down on you.
From a practical point of view, as a seller you want to accurately and honestly display and describe the items you are selling with your own photos, and in your own words. Doing otherwise may not only get you into trouble with eBay, but with buyers as well. Just don't be tempted -- lifting other people's work is one "short cut" that really isn't worth it.
