Can someone please explain to me why, when I only want items from Canada, there are items from U.S.

I am browsing eBay for a computer and living in Canada, I naturally want to deal with a Canadian, so I select Canada only, and guess what, who pops up but the good ole U.S. of A. Now if I wanted to buy from the U.S. I would have signed in to eBay, U.S.A. Doesn't anyone check these listings, I am so fed up with this **bleep**, think I will go somewhere else. It is a dog's breakfast, not only do you have to pay some stupid incredible shipping charge but you also have to pay duty, Isn't there anyone with brains working there, I hardly doubt it.
Can someone please explain to me why, when I only want items from Canada, there are items from U.S.

Hello 'sierrasolitute',
May I ask what you are putting in the Search bar?
When I try searching various types of computers, I enter keywords in the Search bar,
select Computers/Tablets... from the categories, then click the big blue search button.
After that, I go to the left side of the page and from Location choose Canada Only, at
which point all I get are Canadian listings.
What/how are you searching?
