I won best offer on an item which was listed with Global Shipping program, and included all the shipping and taxes/import fees to Canada, but when I went to pay the paypal site said that the seller wouldn't accept "non-US" paypal acccounts. I am in Canada, but if they won't accept my money, why would they offer global shipping program? I contacted the seller and they said they didn't know that they had listed with the global shipping option--and now they want to relist the item. All I want to do is pay for it! Is there anything I can do?
