Can't change location when buying.

I've moved to a different country, but whenever I try to buy stuff, I can't change the shipping location.  In fact, I can't change it to any other location than my original one.  I've tried changing my primary address to my current one but to no avail.  And when I search for things with the "Advanced" version, I can't filter items based on location.

Help?

Hi .. are you saying that in your myebay..account .that you cannot change all registration information..

Account tab, and then click Addresses on the left side of the page.Click the Change link to the far right of your Registration Address. (For added security, you may be asked to sign in again.)Enter any changes, and then click the change registration information button.Review your information one last time, and then click the submit button.

Nope, I mean everything in my profile i can change without any problems.  However, when i try to buy an item, and say to change the shipping location from New York to London (shipping to London available), it doesn't let me.  The location is stuck on New York, and I can't even click to change anything.  It's basically locked.  Any ideas?  No matter which computer i logon to, it's the same.
