Buyer bought 2 items on Jan 23rd.


 


Items go unpaid for 3 days. Kind reminder message sent Jan 26th


 


No response & Items go unpaid for a further 2 days. 5 days have past now, 1 day past when UIDs could have been opened. Another message sent Jan 28th.


 


No response for another full day. UIDs opened Jan 29th. Buyer pays and items sent out the next day.

Can't please em all eh!

I got a neg last year for opening an UID.  I have had lots of people pay before after a dispute had been opened but that was the first time anyone had left other than positive feedback for that reason.  It's okay for them to go on vacation and delay payment but we have to ship yesterday.

They state that their happy with the product yet leave neutrals because I wouldn't wait a week for them to pay with no communication from them whatsoever.

neutrals and negs for the strangest reason.I got a neutral because my apple jelly was pink not red. LOL  And life goes on!

So I sent them a message asking politely why they didn't communicate to me that they would be going on vacation and taking a week to pay and got this response:


 


"We sent you no message, nor do I think we should. When one bids on an item there is no way to know if you will be the winner. Based on our history, we are somewhat upset at your stating a non paid case. This is why I left the feedback I did."


 


 


This is quite comical to me now. Their last bid, the winning bid, was placed on the day the item was won. Not from a max bid gone up from a previous day or something like that. A single placed bid, 14 mins before the item ended!


 


I guess they went on their trip the second after that bid was placed 😉

I dunno, but I've got to just go with the flow and there is of course so many more positives.


 


Not sure about the other fish in the sea of what I sell. I'm sure they deal with it too.


 


This was pure "revenge" feedback for me daring to open the case and their logic in that response is just plain comical :^O
