I haven't been able to print a shipping label since yesterday morning, what's going on? I've always had issues with this but never so long. Called customer support, no help. Cleared cache, different browser,... nothing works.

I printed one about an hour ago. At what point are you having problems, what is the message and where is the buyer located?

Yes, some error message are merely glitches but yet others are not resolved without user intervention. For example, some addresses overseas are summarily rejected by paypal shipping for having too many characters per line. (There is a 45 character maximum.) It may be a legitimate, valid address but labels cannot be generated due to it saying 23456 Rue du House of Fleurs on the Shores of White Dover de la Something (and of course I am exaggerating) but you have to very VERY very carefully tinker with the information contained within the address lines to make it work.
Have you notified your buyer you are experiencing technical difficulties and to please stand by?

I haven't been able to print shipping labels in three days now. Usually when this happens I simply go to CP's Ship in a Clic, but those geniuses have removed all but domestic shipping from their online options. Going into the CP outlet is an awful experience and the items are always double in price to ship.
What is wrong with Paypal you might ask? You would think they would be in their A-game after being dumped by eBay, but instead of common sense, we get a lower, more indifferent service from them. I phoned them about this problem and was immediately told that she hadn't heard of this problem, then was told that CP was updating it's services and it affects PP, and then told it was an issue that was being 'looked into', although ten seconds earlier she hadn't heard of the problem before. The good old run around.

Have you tried using another browser....that does work at times.

Have you tried today? Canada Post e-services were down for major scheduled maintenance all weekend.

But they reported it (the scheduled maintenance resulting in their outage) was over 19 hours ago.
I am not surprised, unfortunately, to learn that paypal did not immediately know what was going on. Any time that I have called paypal with postage issues related to Canada Post they tell me what they told you and they seem highly irritated about being left unaware of it.

Can't print labels! System allows only to print SAMPLE of original label.
