Hello 'joshnevan',
If you have not sold anything in about 7 years you will most certainly have limits. Your purchasing activity has no bearing on it, - and to be honest, yours is not really all that heavy-duty anyway. The following link will explain, in clear and concise terms, all about selling limits:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/sellinglimits.html
The only way to lift those limits is through good customer service, good feedback, time and increased sales and so on.
Were you also aware of the 21-day hold that paypal will put on your incoming payments? Once the payment has cleared you will still be expected to ship the item. That one always unnerves new sellers, - not actually having the money yet having no item either. Here is a link to tell you about that:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/pay/payment_hold.html
I wish you a prosperous ebay future. 🙂

You will have selling limits - you can easily view these by logging into eBay and clicking on "My eBay" and then "Selling".
I am not an "eBay seller" but am just trying to get rid of a view personal items and my limits are $5,000 or 100 items per month, whichever comes first.
You can request an increase in these limits if they're insufficient for your needs.
