Oh those wild and crazy part animals at Canada Post.

I just received a red final notice card saying there is a parcel for me to pick up.

This is the final notice card I never received the original.

And this card says that they will hold the item until December 17th  😄

I phoned the number on the card to ask if the item was still there and the response I got was that they were not allowed to give out that information over the telephone.

I entered the card number in the Canada Post website and got the "Item Not Found Message"

Jumping in my car for the 20 minute drive.

On the same subject:

I had parcel arrived to Canada two days ago and customs released it yesterday to Canada Post at 13:07....

Looked for tracking today to get confirmation that the parcel is out for delivery, but the system was not able to track it...

Called CP office: the man in customer service was able to confirm that it is out for delivery - he did it through different system... And I got the parcel half an hour ago.

I guess there is a serious system damage on CanadaPost's website.

All they were able to tell me at the Franchise was that the item was returned to the sender on the 18th.

I don't even know what it was and I was not expecting anything.
