Another change that hurts both buyers and sellers. It appears we cannot see the actual sale price of best offer sold items anymore.
This was extremely important as a seller, as it is the only way to know the true selling value of items.
Say a bunch of items are listed as sold best offer excepted at 199 (and e-bay only shows you 199 crossed out but doesn't show you the actual best offer sale price).
And you're doing this research to determine how to price your own item. Now you are denied the ability to accurate research comparable items to know how to set your sale price.
If those best offers are actually selling at 129, then that is the true worth value of this item. But e-bay is preventing me from knowing this, so if I list mine at 199 like the other listings it'll never sell at that price.
Sure I can put best offer on my own listings, but if I get an offer for 129, I have no idea if that is a low-ball offer or a fair offer. Only if I'm able to see the actual best offer sales prices of past items for research can I know that 129 is a fair price and not a low-ball.
