Cant find item in purchase history and cant track item with tracking number

Hi,

 

I recently purchased a gift for my girlfriend.

I used her adress as the shipping adress since I want it to get to her as a surprise. I made the purchase, got a tracking code. The seller even sent me a pic of the product after she had wrapped it, and she has very very high reputation. So why cant I see this item in my purchase history or tarck it? Im afraid it will get there and they will ask her to pay for it.

Please help, Im in Korea so I cant contact customer support.

 

I get this message when I try to click "View package details" in the e-mail i recieved:

The "you are not" message means you should sign in again. I see it all the time because I am listing, selling and buying with seven different IDs.

 

Have you looked at your Paypal account? Your payment record there will connect with the item through the Details link.

I'm having the same problem. As a result, it seems impossible to contact anyone for help because the system doesn't think I have an order.
