If the user is just using the would about the item like my example (please note that the swear word will be replaced with "bleep."):
My item wont work it is just **bleep**. I want my money back...or something like that..then I wouldn't take the time to report them. If they are swearing at you and calling you swear words, you should call eBay and tell them.
