Changes to eBay's Negative Feedback Removal Policy

To the Editor:
A user left me a nasty negative and then got suspended a few weeks ago. I emailed my TSAM asking why the comment stayed and they emailed me back saying that eBay determined the comment was still "relevant"
It looks like eBay made another change to feedback. According to their feedback removal page this is grounds for removal
"A member is suspended by eBay for behavior that we've determined is damaging enough to warrant removing all the negative and neutral Feedback they've left for sellers. Note: If a member is suspended within 90 days of registration, all Feedback left by that member is removed."

In 2008 when the original policy was put in place it just said "When a member is suspended, all their negative and neutral Feedback will be removed."
