You would be surprised at the number of yachts, navy vessels, and massive cargo ships for sale including submarines etc etc etc.
There are ltterely hundreds of vessels over 500' for sale and its a Buyer's market. Some even go for as little as $1, so long as you move them.

There are quite a few available for sale. I'll provide some links (as a joke) later.
Alot of people purchase personal subs and there are some smaller military and commercial ones "floating" around.

The first one is for alot of more personal/recreational types of subs and the second is for military surplus. I'm not 100% certain but I believe they have removed all the weapons.
Of course if these are out of your price range you can always get a sub at Subway for under $6.
