Closing a case

I have a case open where the buyer changed thier mind about an auction they won, after finding out what over seas shipping charges would be.  The buyer asked me to cancel, so I did.  I have had to do this many times before, the buyer usually responded right away, but this one has not, the time has come that I can close it myself but when I click on it, I get a message stating the information is not available at this time, try again later.  I have been trying for 2 days now.  So I tried to find an email address to contact eBay about it, and have found nothing.  Why does eBay keep thier customer support email so hidden?  So does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do now?  Does anyone have the email address to contact customer support?

As far as I know, you have to phone, there is no email support.

I've read a few reports on the .com boards about buyers not being able to close cancellation cases so I imagine it is the same problem in your case even though you are the seller. You have 30 days to close it so if I were you, I would wait a few more days to see if they fix it. If you are anxious about it and don't want to wait or if it doesn't get fixed, you'll have to phone.

Closing a case

Thanks for that, I was finally able to close the case myself today. So I guess it was just another eBay glitch that we are all familiar with.
