I have a case open where the buyer changed thier mind about an auction they won, after finding out what over seas shipping charges would be. The buyer asked me to cancel, so I did. I have had to do this many times before, the buyer usually responded right away, but this one has not, the time has come that I can close it myself but when I click on it, I get a message stating the information is not available at this time, try again later. I have been trying for 2 days now. So I tried to find an email address to contact eBay about it, and have found nothing. Why does eBay keep thier customer support email so hidden? So does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do now? Does anyone have the email address to contact customer support?
