Combine Invoice Need Help!!

I have a buyer that has purchased 41 items tonight. It looks like the max amount of items it will allow me to combine is 40.

Does anyone know of something I can do to combine all 41 so my buyer doesn't have to pay 2 PayPal fees?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Colleen,

eBay only permits 40 items per invoice. They forget that scrappers have a hard time staying within those limits!

It's only an additional .30 that ends up being charged to you or .40 if they are international for two invoices. It may look like more...but it's 2.9% or whatever your basic amount is plus the .30 x 2.

So...just send two invoices OR...send one invoice through PayPal for the entire order with the subject being eBay purchases. Then mark it as goods and put the total of the product (not all of the individual) and in the description put...your eBay purchases. Then put the shipping and tax (if applies).

Either way will work!

Thanks a bunch for the suggestions.

I wasn't concerned about my fees, just the buyers. She spent around $100.00 and I thought it was the least I could do.

Buyers don't pay PayPal fees, sellers do.

You can go to PayPal as already suggested but you can make an invoice with every single listing number showing. I did that when somebody bought a whole whack of stuff off me a while back.

Request Money -> Send Invoice -> then do it. You'll have to keep adding lines to get all the items in but you can put the listing number, title, & amount for each item.

Personally, I like it that way rather than just say eBay items but that's me.

Hi jakeeangel,

You are right that listing each item individually is the best way to go, however it is time consuming.

Thanks Jake & Susan

I'll go try it. While I was at work the buyer bought a bunch more items.

Have a Wonderful Day!

Well I decided to send the buyer 2 orders through eBay. She bought a lot more and when I looked at all the work I'd have to do, it just wasn't worth it.

I really appreciate your time and the suggestions.

Have a Great Night

Hi Colleen,

It will only cost you an extra .30 in fees! Not bad and you do save a lot of time!

Have a good one!
