Create 500 FREE auction or fixed price listings

I noticed this today under my promotions tab - good for 7 days once activated - ebay.ca / cafr.ebay.ca

i would be interested if Ebay will offer any sort of remedy for this error.

My 50k promo on eBay.ca disappeared when I received the 500 free promo that ends October 17 and I found that my 50k promo is on my eBay.com (stating "ebay.ca").  Some strange glitch??  I will call eBay tomorrow morning/afternoon and hope they can move it from eBay.com to eBay.ca!!
