Unless you used a credit card, at this point it is too late to do anything.

You are new with a low feedback score, and so there are a few sellers around who will
take advantage of your inexperience. They will tell you all sorts of false promises about
replacement items and refunds. It's all lies.
If you have no item or no refund by no later than day 43, file a claim for 'not received',
and do not close it until you have one or the other.
Sorry to hear of your loss. Hope it wasn't expensive.
