DID NOT RECEIVE A PAID-FOR ITEM, ORDERED fEB 27

I hae not received my item  and did contact the seller once on april 9 and they said give few more days.  I tried contacting again yesterday and cannot.   What do I do?

you only have 45 days to file a not received claim,however if you charged it to your credit card ,call them and they may do a charge back..good luck.in future remember to file a clam by day 43 at the latest,dont let seller persuade you to wait.

Unless you used a credit card, at this point it is too late to do anything.

You are new with a low feedback score, and so there are a few sellers around who will

take advantage of your inexperience.  They will tell you all sorts of false promises about

replacement items and refunds.  It's all lies. 

If you have no item or no refund by no later than day 43, file a claim for 'not received',

and do not close it until you have one or the other.

Sorry to hear of your loss.  Hope it wasn't expensive.
