DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON!!
I ordered over $40 of stuff from them and it was supposed to be delivered by latest of Feb 2, 2016. It is still not here, I've opened case files and this person has STILL NOT RESPONDED.
They have hundreds of complaints within ONE MONTH, and they are still open!! How does that even work? What is ebay really? A place for really **bleep**ty sellers to get away with taking other people's money and hide behind the big old sign of "EBAY." Ebay itself should be ashamed to associated with such nefarious sellers who don't respect their seller agreement contracts!!

If they haven't replied you should ask ebay to step in so that you can get refunded.
It looks like something happened with this seller in the past couple of month as they have more negatives than sales in the last 30 days.
They haven't had anything listed since Feb 1 so it's possible that their listings were removed by eBay.

If have already opened the Item Not Received case, it is time to escalate it.
If you don't it will close automatically .
EBay does pay attention to customer complaints. But you do have to follow through. If you don't eBay thinks you have resolved the problem and didn't bother to inform them.

I'm not privy to the seller's identity that you've isolated in your complaint but, if it has been more than 30 days, go to paypal for their Resolution Centre and open an Item Not Received Case. Follow their instructions, and pay attention to the deadlines.
Assuming the worst, your items are not coming. You may have been scammed, I cannot hazard a guess without having a hard look at the specifics of your case. Also, you must understand, sellers are people too who are subject to their own personal or professional tragedies. People do die, warehouses burn down. It's difficult to know the why of this, only the what-to-do-next. Also, do NOT accept an offer of replacement at this point and DO NOT CLOSE any case you have opened until you have your refund and it is verified in your paypal account.
If you are new to ebay, you may find the guide that I wrote useful: http://www.ebay.ca/gds/10-Steps-to-Hassle-Free-Buying-on-eBay-/10000000204740571/g.html
Good luck as you carry forward.

As PJ suggested, the FB gave the impression that the seller experienced some sort of tragedy.
There were quite a few negatives, but a couple of months ago something happened and there were several pages of almost solid NFB @200/page.
What's odd is that those negatives went on for pages suggesting that the seller was a high volume seller or was allowed to continue selling in spite of the obvious fact that something was very wrong.

Perhaps this wave of NFB without ebay stepping in to hand down consequence is fallout from the new 'negatives don't affect a seller's standing' standards. Neither do INR for that matter only cases Closed Without Seller Resolution would apply in this case, and it would take a few weeks for those to time-out. Orders cannot be cancelled or 'shipped late' if the seller perished, now can they?
I had this happen to me once as a buyer. Volume seller, great feedback and then they vanished altogether with listings still active. I still assume something untoward happened to them. And I'll never forget the old listing I once found on ebay that said in the Item Description, 'I am old and in poor health, and I live alone. It's a good idea to contact me prior to purchase to make sure I am still around before you buy this'. The reality is that most ebay sellers and/or stores are one-(wo)man shows. If I landed suddenly in the hospital, my poor partner wouldn't even know where to begin filling orders. My warehouse is a labyrinth of secrets known only to me, and the stacks of boxes booby-trapped to collapse on any poor, unsuspecting person attempting to move them. Think Temple of Doom.
So, it's easy to assume the worst and I do understand the buyer's irritation about not receiving items but, unfortunately, bad things do happen even to the best people.
