I think you're right about that. Unless a buyer is looking for something specific and fast and wants to pick it up but then Local Pickup as a shipping option nullifies any dispatch by post whatsoever. Which seems a bit counterproductive. Cash on Pickup, for example, assumes the buyer is local. Local Pickup as a shipping option and Cash on Pickup as a payment option should be one in the same.
