Didn't receive my item now 60 days has passed.

I bought an item from China (I am in Canada) and gave it extra time to arrive. After a month I contacted the seller who says he sent another. Now another month has passed and I still didnt receive it. It seems too late to open a case through ebay or paypal. Or to even leave negative feedback. Are there no options for me now? I was trying to be forgiving to the seller but apparantly I get screwed in the end.

Paypal /Ebay cannot help at this point. If you funded your payment with a credit card call the Customer Service # on reverse and request a charge back. Have all transaction details on hand when calling.

Always file claims by day 43 of payment date regardless of what anyone is saying. Can always close or repay seller if arrives.
